A number of real estate professionals would have their respective construction project checklist. Points in these lists would differ from one individual to another. These points could be dictated by certain Constructability Review results or any other surveys that might affect the real estate industry or the institutions that are part of it.

Can one just not go with the flow of things? Many people involved in the industry just do what other people are doing. That could be the only thing that is included in its construction project checklist. The only Constructability Review that they are consulting is the gossip reviews. It is just a proof that the real estate industry though made up of reputable individuals still do have those who do make their mouths work more than what they are able to perform.

Several institutions might operate more efficiently with those reviews. On the other hand, more institutions might require a number of innovations for them to make to be able to be noticed by certain groups of clienteles. It might not be necessary that every institution offer something in short periods of time. These introductions often happen seasonal. There are some innovations that become trends though some just experience their 15 minutes of fame.

As much as there are parties or institutions that prefer to go along the trend, there are also those parties that are more comfortable of going against it. This is not being the bad guys in the industry but rather hoping that they would make a trend by their move. Is this advisable? Many individuals might not be comfortable in doing such actions though a number of concerned parties have already found success by making such a move.
